I’m very pleased to say that at last my first album is available on Spotify and on the iTunes store. Here’s the link to it on Spotify. I hope you will give it a listen and if you like it let me know (if you don’t like it you can let me know too but assume you’ll just listen to something else instead!).
Louisiana 6 will feature at the Rockin’ Road Festival in Gracepark in Drumcondra on Sunday the 18th of June. I’ll post more details (like the time) in coming weeks.
Louisiana 6 will be rockin’ it up in Slane on Friday the 28th of April. I didn’t get the name of the venue when I took the booking so will post that closer to the time.
I’ll be on bass with the Louisiana 6 at the Abbey Tavern Howth (details to follow).
Quinlands of Clondalkin will feature the SMR band with Eamon Moran on Guitar and Karl Deeter on bass, Sarah May Rogers will be doing her usual magic on the fiddle and vocals. Start time is 9pm until late.
The Sarah May Rogers band will be playing at the Halfway House in Walkinstown, I don’t know if I’m on bass or guitar that night, but it’ll be sure to be a fun mix of blues, country, trad and rock.
There may be some music at the 50th Celebrations of drummer extraoridaire Tony Brereton at his 50th in Finglas. All sorts of great musicians and DJ’s will be along. Tony was the drummer in Sack and many other well known bands.
Weekly bluegrass and American gigs continue every Thursday from 10pm in Delaney’s of Knocklyon. Come along and if you know how to play let us know and maybe you’ll sit in for a song or two?
For those of you who know the Harmonica player Wayne Lietch, I’ll be playing at his 50th birthday this Saturday! He’s the guy who often sits in with the Tin Box Company when we play shows around Knocklyon. Looking forward to it!
